Recently I have been inundated with requests for passes to attend our next event
"The Classic Championships" on the 15th November . Due to the high number of GBBTA members that are attending this event unfortunately there will not be sufficient extra passes for others to attend although there will be a number available for troupe leaders wishing to become part of GBBTA....I hope you will understand that as an Association GBBTA have a duty for the wellbeing and safety of its dancers and supporters alike .
THE 2009 GREAT BRITAIN CHAMPIONSHIPS AND ANNUAL AWARDS WOW ! WHAT A WEEKEND WE HAVE JUST HAD ABSOLUTELY " FANTASTIC " NO OTHER WORD FOR IT. GREAT PERFORMANCES IN ALL SECTIONS OF " DANCE TWIRL " "POMS " AND "MILITARY FREESTYLE" 140 PERFORMANCES TOTALING "22 HOURS " OF NON STOP DANCING. THROUGH OUT THE WEEKEND YOUR ROUTINES HAD IT ALL "ORIGINALITY" ..."BATON WORK THAT SOMEHOW DEFIED LOGIC" .....AND FOR ME THE MAIN INGREDIENT "PASSION" WHICH YOU ALL SHOW FOR THIS GREAT SPORT. LETS NOT FORGET THE SPORTSMANSHIP BETWEEN TROUPES AND SUPPORTERS ALIKE THE WAY YOU STAYED IN BOTH ARENAS AND SUPPORTED EACH OTHER . THE MUTUAL RESPECT YOU HAVE. WELL DONE TO YOU ALL FOR A TRULY REMARKABLE WEEKEND. I AM SO PROUD TO HAVE YOU ALL AS MEMBERS OF G.B.B.T.A. THANK YOU
